  • Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Friday: 9:00 AM – Noon

*hours of operation may vary depending on various campus events & holidays.

Playground Hours

  • Monday: Closed
    Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
    Thursday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    Friday: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM (noon)

Please Note: The playground is used by specific scheduled ministries at all other times.

Facility Usage Overview

Our campus is full with ministries and activities throughout the week. Our primary mission is to support and advance the ministry work to which we've been called. Our facility serves as a hub. While we are deeply honored by the numerous requests to host events and activities, our focus must remain on supporting the core ministries that define our mission.

All room reservations for Woodcreek Ministries must be made by a Woodcreek staff member through the Planning Center Calendar. This ensures the room's availability
and that climate control and other necessary arrangements are scheduled.

Volunteer Opportunities

Our Woodcreek family has been blessed with a beautiful church home. We want to honor God by stewarding our resources well. We have several behind the scenes volunteer opportunities caring for our facility on weekdays. Opportunities include:

  • Facility Repair and Maintenance
  • Event Setup and Take Down
  • Kitchen Organization and Cleanup
