REBUILD

Finding Hope After Loss

Where can you turn when you're grieving the death of a loved one or a pregnancy? REBUILD workshops offer comfort, hope, and practical tools for healing after the death of a loved one, miscarriage, or infertility. We invite you to join us.

How can you get through the days to come? One good place to turn is to others further down the grief journey. Having that person to turn to who KNOWS what it is like, FEELS the emptiness that comes with that kind of loss, and has FOUND WAYS to manage their loss is priceless.

REBUILD Ministry

“Grief is not a condition to be cured, but it can be an opportunity to be a companion. We all experience grief, but we are often unprepared for its impact on our lives. It is a journey best traveled in a community and may require unexpected courage.

- Julie Thomas, Rebuild Coordinator

“After being a widow for 3 years, I went through the Rebuild sessions as a way to gauge where I was on the grief journey. It was very reassuring to know that I had not lost my mind and that I would regain confidence in decision-making and gain the courage to make changes. The group sessions gave me new ideas and helpful directions to move forward. However, I did not consider myself ready to lead a group table until a speaker said that after losing her son, all she needed from a Grief Ministry was to see someone a little further along on the journey who was happy and hopeful again. I knew that God had restored my happiness and hope, so that was what I had to offer to others who had lost their spouse.”
