Passover Seder Details

When: Thursday, April 1, 6:30 – 8:30pm
Where: Woodcreek Atrium
What: A family style dinner with Passover Seder presentation by Chris Katulka
Who: All ages are welcome at the Seder, but there is no childcare provided so your kids will be eating with you!
Admission: $8 for adults, $5 for children.  Signup in the atrium on Sundays, March 7, March 14, or March 21 or, sign up online.

As a part of our Easter week, we invite you to come and celebrate Passover dinner at Woodcreek!  Passover is a Jewish tradition that has been observed for more than 3,500 years by biblical characters like Moses, Joshua, David, and Jesus.  When you come you will learn how “Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us” (1 Cor. 5:7) as wee see the Lamb of God pictured in the Old Testament revealed in the New Testament.  You will discover how the Jewish people observe Passover today by tasting the elements common to the Passover Seder.  Finally, you will appreciate communion and its roots in the Last Supper. LOVE & RESPECT is a video study on marriage by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs, and is founded on Ephesians 5:33, “each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.”  This DVD-based study will teach you the key Biblical principles for building and maintaining a vibrant and healthy marriage.  Learn how loving her the way she so desires and giving him the respect that he so desperately needs are the keys to the a happy and successful marriage.
