This is the day that the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it.
We have all heard someone say this verse. Maybe you have heard it as a song that your parents or grandparents sang to you. Though simple, this verse shows us how to approach each day. The Lord has crafted every moment of every day. I like to compare my day to a Bob Ross painting. Bob Ross often says “There are no mistakes, just happy accidents.” However, with God, there are no mistakes and no accidents. Even when the day doesn’t seem perfect or you are just having a bad day, God is working it together for good. So why not celebrate and be joyful because though today might be bad, this is the day God made especially for you.

- Think of a practical way you can remind yourself of this verse at the beginning of your day. (Ex. Write it out on your bathroom mirror.)
